The Mansfield Group move to Waterside Business Park
Nationwide breakdown and recovery specialists, The Mansfield Group, have taken a new 10 year FRI lease upon a 24,500 sq. ft industrial unit on Waterside Business Park in Stourton, Leeds. The company was recently awarded a new contract with West Yorkshire Police for the recovery of vehicles in the West Yorkshire region which commenced on 1st October 2015.
The property, which was acquired by Gent Visick for Town Centre Securities PLC (TCS) in January 2015, has been extensively refurbished prior to the new letting.
