TCS Appointment: Senior Facilities Manager
We are pleased to announce the appointment of Matthew Gibson as Senior Facilities Manager, strengthening our operational leadership across our diverse mixed-use portfolio.

Matthew joins the business with extensive senior-level experience in facilities management, operations, and security across complex environments.
His appointment reflects the company’s continued commitment to operational excellence, safety, and delivering high-quality experiences for occupiers, residents and visitors.
In his new role, Matthew will lead a multi-disciplinary team spanning Hard FM, Soft FM and 24/7 security operations. He will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of compliance, maintenance, and service delivery across the portfolio, while also driving sustainability, performance improvement and customer experience.
