Core Function:
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join our Marketing team. This is a brand-new role offering the opportunity to shape and implement a social media strategy across our varied portfolio. The successful candidate will play a key role in bringing our brands to life online, driving engagement, and ensuring our social presence supports both our B2C and B2B objectives.
Additionally, the role will include supporting event implementation, working closely with colleagues, agencies and key stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery and ensure all digital platforms—including social media accounts and websites—remain up-to-date and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Strategy
o Develop, implement, and manage engaging social media strategies tailored to each brand both in person and through agencies.
o Create high-quality, innovative content (video, graphics, photography, copy) for multiple platforms.
o Ensure tone of voice is adapted appropriately for B2B and B2C audiences.
Brand & Campaign Support
o Promote available commercial space across the TCS portfolio.
o Drive awareness and usage of CitiPark car parks and its subsidiary brands including CitiCharge.
o Support the launch of new developments, events, and exciting openings.
o Work with the Head of Marketing & Communications to amplify key projects and introduce new initiatives.
Engagement & Performance
o Grow and engage followers across platforms, ensuring measurable results in reach, engagement, and conversion.
o Monitor social media performance, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Event Management & Implementation
o Assist with the planning, promotion, and on-the-ground delivery of events across our portfolio.
o Work closely with external agencies and internal teams to manage logistics, ensure alignment, and deliver successful events.
o Capture live content at openings, community activations, and events.
Website Management & Updates
o Ensure that all TCS and CitiPark websites are regularly updated with current information, promotions, and events that tie into the social media strategy.
o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the websites reflect the latest brand messaging, project updates, and community activations.
Collaboration
o Liaise with internal teams, tenants, and external partners to ensure campaigns are aligned and deliver maximum impact.
o Build relationships with a diverse tenant mix to ensure opportunities are maximised.
o Manage relationship with external parties on the implementation/growth of specialist social media platforms (eg Red Note)
Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience in social media content creation, ideally within property, retail, leisure, or B2C/B2B sectors.
• Strong creative skills with an eye for visual storytelling.
• Proficiency with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing apps).
• Experience of scheduling content platforms and maximising opportunities.
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone of voice across different brands.
• Demonstrable success in growing social engagement and delivering measurable results.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexible and willing to attend and support events outside of standard working hours.
• A genuine passion for social media trends and digital innovation.
