Town Centre Securities PLC supports Crypt Factor Charity Event

Yorkshire's property community have raised more than £50,000 at a charity singing event.
More than 400 people watched the wannabe stars, some of whom were accompanied by dancing colleagues.
The Crypt Factor, was held at Elland Road.
Paula Dillon, of Addleshaw Goddard, LionHeart Trustee Richard Lewis of Town Centre Securities PLC, and Jonathan Morgan of City Living acted as part of the judging panel and hosted the evening, disguised as Sharon Osbourne, Louis Walsh and Simon Cowell.
The event, has now raised more than £140,000 since it was established three years ago.
The event raised more than £50,000 to be shared between LionHeart (the charity for RICS members and their families) and St George’s Crypt in Leeds.
A guitar donated and signed by the Kaiser Chiefs was auctioned for £4,000, while a set of cricket bats signed by greats including Garfield Sobers fetched £1,500.
Sponsors were Bank of Ireland, Town Centre Securities PLC, Addleshaw Goddard and Ripe Design.
