TM Lewin opens in York
TM Lewin has opened their new 3,000 sq ft St Sampsons Square premises in York.
The store is held on a 15 year lease at a commencing rental of £147,500 per annum.
Town Centre Securities plc acquired the former Woolwich freehold premises last year and project managed the refurbishment of the building. The freehold investment has subsequently been sold to Royal Liver Pensions Trustees for an undisclosed sum.
Central Retail represented Town Centre Securities plc on the purchase, letting and investment sale. CBRE acted for TM Lewin and Harmer Ray Hoffbrand acted for the purchasers.
