Rochdale Central Retail Park
Rochdale Central Retail Park is a proposed redevelopment located on the southern edge of the town centre at the junction of the A6740 Drake Street (inner ring road) and the A671 Oldham Road.
Phase 1
This compromises the following retailers, who are already trading:
Matalan, Halfords, Instore
Phase 2
Phase 2 will complete the redevelopment of the 1980s retail park. The scheme has planning consent for a modern retail terrace comprising 75,000 sq.ft with 50,000 sq.ft mezzanine cover. The park has open A1 planning consent. A plan showing the amalgamation of the existing phase 1 and the proposed phase 2 is shown.
