TCS raise staggering amount for Poppy Appeal
In the weeks leading up to Remembrance Day, Town Centre Securities’ entire workforce, both directors and employees alike, have been taking it turns to operate a pop-up poppy stall in the Merrion Centre with all proceeds going to The Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal.
Thanks to their efforts and the generosity of the Merrion Centre shoppers, both this year and last, TCS has raised just shy of a staggering £40,000 for the charity.
Those who shopped at the pop-up poppy stall could choose from a vast array of merchandise, ranging from the traditional paper poppy to bejewelled poppy pins and even car air fresheners, bracelets, notebooks, umbrellas, keyrings and tote bags.

John Norton, Head of Trading, The Royal British Legion, said, “Each year, through the British public’s generous donations, we are able to help the Armed Forces community and their families.
