Steve Henderson, associate director at Savills, comments: “These three new lettings follow the recent deal to BrightHouse at the Merrion Centre and are further evidence of how the scheme has attracted a range of new retailers from small independents to large national chains. We have worked hard with our client to build up a strong and varied tenant mix that is in line with our catchments requirements."
Glen-Davison Angus advised Shakeaholic. The other tenants were unrepresented.
