Another hatrick of deals at the Merrion Centre, Leeds

Hair City UK ltd, trading as the Beauty Line has taken its second store in Leeds City Centre totalling 1,161 sq ft            (108 sq m) and will pay £23,000 per annum. The hair and beauty retailer has agreed a new five year lease.

Business Support & Development has agreed a new five year lease on a unit totalling 732 sq ft (68 sq m). Specialising in education and development services and courses, Business Support & Development will pay £12,500 per annum.

AURA Stores Ltd has taken a unit totalling 888 sq ft (82 sq m) and will pay £20,400 per annum. The Ladies accessories retailer has agreed a new one year lease.
