‘An Outlet’ opens for business at Carver’s Warehouse

Piccadilly’s newest coffee shop  & deli  has opened its doors for business within the restored Carver’s Warehouse on Dale Street.

An Outlet is a joint business venture between two existing office tenants within Carver’s Warehouse. Martin Stockley of Martin Stockley Associates consulting engineers and Warren Bramley, Director of creative agency four23 have teamed up to deliver An Outlet after realising the potential of the unit’s key location. The partners recruited former Harvey Nichols and Restaurant Bar & Grill chef Anthony Shirley and will soon have secured a license to serve alcohol.

An Outlet occupies a  prominent  unit in the new extension to Carver’s Warehouse fronting Dale Street and benefits from a high footfall due to its proximity to the heart of Piccadilly and the train station.  Now only a single floor of offices extending to approx 3,790 sqft remains availbale to let. Office agents  on the building are Lambert Smith Hampton and Cushman and Wakefield.
