13 Merrion Centre is let to Internacionale
Town Centre Securities PLC is pleased to announce the letting of 13 The Merrion Centre, Leeds to women's fashion retailer Internacionale.
The unit, with a ground floor area of 3419 sq ft and a basement storage area of 192 sq ft, will be let on a 3 year lease on a turnover basis.
